The sterilization temperature of this machine is between pasteurization and ultra-high temperature, and the process parameters are 5 ℃ → 65 ℃ (homogenization) → 120 ℃ (15S) → 25 ℃ 5 ℃. Can be used for continuous sterilization of milk, colored milk, wine, soy milk, dairy beverages or similar products. Can be connected to equipment such as separators, homogenizers, flash evaporation degassing, etc.
This HTST stands between the pasteurizer and the UHT,the production procedures are as following:5℃ →65 ℃(homogenization) →120 ℃(15S) →25 ℃/5C.can be used for continuous sterilization of milk,flavored milk,wine,soy milk,milk drink or similar products,also can be connected with separator,homogenizer and flash degasser etc.
